The Mayor of London confirmed the Greater London (Central Zone) Congestion Charging Order 2001 ("the Principal Order") made by Transport for London on 23 July 2001 and confirmed with modifications by the Mayor of London on 26 February 2002. The Principal Order was subsequently varied by further Orders made by Transport for London and confirmed by the Mayor. Transport for London is the charging authority.

Keep Mobile was set up to help those in the Wokingham District and Bracknell Forest Brough areas, who are unable to use ordinary transport (due to their disability and/or age) to reach their destination, where ever that may be, and have as much of an independent life as is poosible with regard to transport.
